Due to change in climatic conditions Paneer Ghewar may dry up of dry up or harden, though it may retain its good taste. The drying up may be due to the loss of necessary moisture it the product. TO make it edible/soft, wrap the ghewar in a fresh moist/damp muslin cloth or soft cotton cloth for 30-45 minutes and it will be soft again. Alternatively, microwave it for 30-45 seconds and enjoy its taste Ghewar can also get soggy due to moisture in the weather, which cannot be refreshed crisp, so enjoy soft ghewar.Keep in a cool & dry place away from moisture & direct sunlight
